1. Fix doors- there was a 1” gap at the bottom of the door we could hear every noise outside and a cold draft coming in.
2. Travelers with dogs should get first floor rooms. I can’t carry my older dog up that big of a flight of stairs. I didn’t know that until we arrived to check in and I couldn’t cancel the reservation because I wouldn’t get my money back.
3.Room could’ve been cleaner. Had to wipe down door knobs, light switches and remote with antibacterial wipes.
4. Tv was awful .. static every channel

It was everything I needed...
Positives:
staff was sleeping upon our arrival. asked early for ground floor staff would not accommodate. we stay at this location 2 times a year. it gets worse every year. Ice machine broken on 2nd floor. we are both disabled and walking those stairs was really difficult. most likely our last time
