Everything was great! Very clean! Very new! Spacious room. Im very satisfied!

Staff. Unprofessional. There was 2 lady in the service desk. One of them was talking on the phone. And it looks like it was personal call. She didnt even bother to go away from the desk. She just stood there and talked. While I was waiting to be checked in. Another lady tried to log in in the system and couldnt do it. So we should wait y tel first (young girl) will be done with here call.
How its possible that huyes are waiting until they will do their job? Why they even paid a salary? It ruined all mood I had since I had to wait longer than usual check in.
But everything else was really good!

Smoke detector make sound all night I reporte to the front desk and they dont fixed, I can not sleep in all night even with 2 pillow over my head. I weak up in the morning to go the restroom and watch around 6 small cockroach over the towels and the sink. The staff was unhelpful. I wont comeback

The location is great if youre going to Gas South convention center or arena. The staff was friendly and the room had everything we needed, refrigerator, microwave, table, etc

When I got there, the receptionist informed me that Booking had already cancelled my reservation. I had no prior notification of this and she said there was nothing she could do on her end. What made everything worse is that they were already sold out for the night. The money had already been taken out of my account, but I never even got to go in my room.
Negatives:
Next time tell me if y'all are going to take my money and not let me know ahead of time that it would be cancelled.
