We had a late arrival of 12:15 a.m. I only travel with cash. Trying to check in, the clerk was very agitated and acted as though he wasn’t happy about having a job. When asking could I go ahead a pay for Thursday night and have my friend to put her card on file. He stated no. I let him no that I had small children in the car. He simply kept saying that the full amount of $480 needed to be on card. When asking regarding the overage on amount m, he made me aware that $20 per night for acciidentals and $12 for parking each day. We had to find a hotel at that point. I checked in later the day. The toilet ran over, the housekeeper did not speak English when asking for towels, room door didn’t lock nor did did the extra lock did not work.

They are very unorganised .
They disappointed me by sending mail for cancellation of my reservations less than 10 hours before my arrival .
Even when they directed me to another sister hotel, their correspondence with the new place was not codial and incoherent as they asked me to pay more from what i was told when leaving the primary hotel.
They had flooding that affected the hotel and from my enquiries, it happened since early December, yet not fixed until my arrival.
They made me pay beyond my budget despite my long time reservations
