the hotel is super terrible.
bad service, room not clean, no Tea/Coffee maker, no telephone, no desk, no Hairdryer, and you need to pay to make that only public WIFI connection better. In the room you can hear dogs barking, and the car's engine. The breakfast is for only 2-3 people in a very narrow and limited small public area, and the room key won't work properly.

Everything, nothing worked. I'm a student and couldn't use Internet. It had weak signal. I missed all my school work. The microwave didn't work had to eat cold food. The elevator didn't work. Had to carry multiple bags to the second floor for the time I was there. Hallways smelled like piss. Bed sheets had stains in them. Property would not allow refund. But yet they charge you 70 a night to stay there. It's the worst place I've ever stayed at.

I booked reservations at your hotel two locations within a mile of each other (check- Feb 25 and Mar 3 consecutively) and cancelled After witnessing drug use and syringes on property coupled with inebriated guest in parking lot, I cancelled both reservations citing health and safety concerns. I don't do drugs nor is it acceptable to condone drug use at your hotels. I had to re-book at another hotel on day of check in incurring higher rates. The booking agent concurred with me and requested both hotels refund full amounts pre-paid, and yet to do so. I am demanding ESA process full refund.
