Positives:
I enjoy the location because it gave you lots of options regarding restaurants and stores.
Negatives:
The room was not that clean, and it had a smoky, mildew smell. They did not offer any kitchen supplies as far as pots and pans, forks, and spoons, etc.. The tubs water knobs did not work correctly. I also found a roach.
Positives:
Loved the location and how friendly the staff was! Its a pretty central spot and there is a park across the street which made walking my dog easier.

Only issue I had was my bathroom drain was pretty clogged. Otherwise my room was clean and orderly!

It's located in a very convenient place for me. I was out and about Cobb County so the close access to the Interstates and major thoroughfares was great. The hotel rooms are large, so I didn't feel claustrophobic. The bed and chair were comfortable.
Negatives:
Of course, I don't hold the hotel responsible in the least. The loud traffic noise on Big Shanty Rd. and George Busbee Pkwy was a major disappointment to my stay. Also, some of the other guests weren't considerate with their loud talking, making noise.

Room was gross, no chairs, broken tables, stained floors. They charged also $100 deposit. The air in the room was thick, no circulation and smelt like mildew.

The staff was friendly. Hotel was quiet and near a bunch a restaurants. Easy access to freeway and near a mall.

Check-in was easy with very positive staff. Room had a good layout and was very clean. Bed was comfy. Nice quiet night. It is forextended stay with a kitchenette, sothe breakfast setup is just grab-n-go. Plenty of options nearby if you don't want to cook.
Negatives:
There is another of same brand nearby, and maps sent us there first. That location was really rude when I asked for directions to this one. Type it in lady. If my maps worked, I wouldn't be asking! Maybe this location could include a note about directions
