It was available and lower price range. The check-in lady was good. The property conditions arent her fault unless she was the owner too.

It was ALL bad. Horrible. SMELL was NASTY in my non-smoking room - was like a giant ash tray of cigs and pot and dope. No wonder it was a non-refundable booking. The moment I opened the door, I knew Id be better off sleeping in my car. Dirty. Stinky. Broken. Food left in mini fridge from last guest. Sink falling apart. Shower clogged. Stained sheets, curtains. Torn up floor. The air quality left me with a bloody nose, cough, and headache. The final night, I did sleep in my car. What a miserable dump! Oh and there is no lobby. The photos are fake. There is a vestibule with a check-in person behind plexiglass. What does that tell you???

The TV didn't work. The maintenance guy came by done something and said that the system had to reset ,so I left for a bit when I got back to the room it still didn't work. I called the office and they said that they couldn't get the maintenance guy back to the room until the morning.

The convenience that it was close to my daughter's school.

This is the second time I've stayed there The first time the toilets didn't even work and management didn't even care. This time the place smelled like cigars and cleaning products. The walls are so thin that I heard everything from my neighbors. And the pillows were hard as a rock. I'd really like my money back from one of my trips. The first time I complained management at Red roof didn't say anything. And secondly you guys didn't respond at all to my complaints.
