They did not have WiFi related to a lightening strike 5 days prior. I didn’t know this and was unable to get work done on my laptop. I felt like I should have gotten some kind of voucher but was told “you still decided to stay with us”. Guess that’s true but was exhausted from drive and didn’t feel like hotel shopping alone.
