Negatives:
We were awakened around 4am to a mouse in our room (we recorded it to ensure they knew we not only heard the mouse but saw it also) we called the front desk, and they moved us to another room where is smelled like someone had peed everywhere, there were black bugs crawling on the wall, the tV didn’t work and at one park of the floor it was caved in and felt like you’d fall right through if you weren’t careful.
The staff was nice; however I would have thought they’d give us the stay for free considering all that took place and all they did was take 15% off.
it was a disaster and we won’t be staying again.

It was a nice room and you can have pets that's all I liked about it.
Negatives:
There is no room service when me and my boyfriend got there we had to wait like 20 minutes for someone to show up then when we got our room it wasn't cleaned so we had to get a new one then the room we got didn't have a microwave or a hairdryer so we asked like 2 days for one finally we got a microwave didn't even bother asking for a hairdryer I just brought one from home. Alot of things were broken one outlet was sparking our light in the bathroom went out light in the shower was going out there was a leak on the roof etc. It was just bad definitely could of been better the place is very nice but the environment is not. Just warning you. Oh yea and the room key cards don't work either.

Our door to the bathroom was broken and wouldn’t move. The lock on the main door into the room was broken. There were stains on the bed and previous trash in the room from previous guest.

The is not enough space to list all the terrible things starting with the stained bedspread, missing lightbulbs, dirty towels, missing smoke detector rm 128 water stains on the ceiling and lamp shade, coffee in the room but no coffee pot.
