Positives: the staff was friendly

Negatives: the building flooded after a rain storm. elevators did not work. we had to carry all of our luggage down 3 flights of stairs. floors were not swept or mopped. window leaked. bathroom needed a new tub and toilet had a hard time flushing. bathroom door did not lock. lastly the building had a lot of construction going on around it.

Positives: Clean comfortable well equipped room. Very comfortable bed. Efficient gracious front desk staff.

Negatives: Due to construction at the adjacent gas station, the main entrance is closed and inaccessible. The only entrance is via a door at the back of the property. U less you can park near this back entrance, it is challenging to navigate with luggage. Also difficult to actually find this entrance if checking in at night
