Negatives: Couldn't hear the TV....remote wasn't in room...had to call twice for a remote and went to the office for a remote... finally received a remote around 10pm.... breakfast was bread and butter only and cearl...no continental breakfast at all...the property looks scary and ghetto

Negatives: Roaches

Negatives: This has been the absolute worst experience of a hotel. I DEMAND A FULL REFUND. This was to be a Baymont INN, yet after booking it became a Budget INN. I recognize they are renovating, but seriously. The only small hand towels, holder for hairdryer, but NO hairdryer, shower dripped all night long, NO toilet roll holder, fork fown the sink drain, NO place to put open bar of soap, NO foor knobs on closet, stains on the boxpring of bed, dirt on the front of sink cabinet, mold spot on sink beside "clean towels". I have many more pictures. Do you want to see the whole in the wall? Please REFUND MY MONEY FOR THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I AM NOT ABLE TO SLEEP HERE.

Negatives: The service and stay

Negatives: Extortion of my money cause I refused to stay and declined to be in another deplorable room! They still refuse to refund my money and charge me a night when I have proof I did not stay and checked out immediately after my dog started vomiting from wet fresh sprayed pesticide after charging a $60 pet fee for my dog to get sick and I still can’t get bookings.com to help get my refund that was promised without any accommodations

Negatives: No breakfast , and the price we paying is too much

Negatives: Old, scary and accessible to bumps and thugs. I got accosted by homeless, roughly dressed and mean looking people in the hallway begging for money. There is no name of the hotel on the building, it looks like a place out of the movies HOSTEL. I had my eyes open all night. Booking.com screwed me on this reservation. It was a nightmare

Negatives: let me first start by saying that I try hard to not write these kinds of negative reviews but…. The pictures in their site were NOTHING as the room actually was. we walked in our room and it was very dirty. I turned on the bathroom light and saw a roach scatter. I moved onto to check the beds and saw another roach come from the mattress. we ended up not even staying one night. I went to the lobby to cancel this booking and it was after the time to get a full refund so we were charged one night but refunded the rest. I honestly didn’t care that we wasted one night’s rate to get out of there. the one lady was busy as I was waiting but there was another worker sitting behind the desk either sleeping or very high as he seemed way off. he was staring at me but would not speak or take his sunglasses off (it was after 10pm). just a very sketch place.

Negatives: dated bad smell did not feel safe

Negatives: I never stayed the night I ask for a refund back after I saw the room it wasn’t anything like it was shown online and then when I pull the covers back to see that it’s little pieces of trash that looked like bed bugs was in the bed I left the room and when to the front desk and show them the picture I took and ask for my money back

Negatives: No breakfast

Negatives: They misrepresented themselves by using pictures of a different hotel. We never even made it to our room. It was dark and dingy on the outside. Prostitutes and a drug deal on the premises.
