the elevator was broke, our room smelled, it looked like our door had been extensively broken and then repaired, I broke my $270
shoes carrying my luggage up three flights of stairs with two kids.

The Hotel Was very attractive Inside and especially the Lobby!!! Very Inviting...

The Check -In was too complicated and needed much additional time with the staff...when I had all my info printed
And the Check -out was Worse... The Hotel's Printout for my Total Stay is still yet to be seen.....Although the Booking.com print Out was Complete. with Totals.......Initial Bill had errors..and No totals for Both Rooms
. and it did not t Match my info from Booking.com....I waited and waited....Finally 2 other printouts were given....
I am still waiting to See the Charges on my card..not very pleased
But personnel was kind...
