Negatives: I think a theral cleaning could be done also have only a pet friendly floor my room spelled fowl and even the elevator. Hire a cleaning team to come once in a while clean bathroom walls clean the carpet ln the hallway and rooms we pay to much money to look at filthy things that's noticeable
