The room was exceptionally clean which is exactly what we look for in such a short stay.
Negatives:
The breakfast was not great. No cups no napkins. The coffee was cold and there were literally 2 muffins and 3 granola bars in total. No staff to be found to even ask. Not a big deal but slightly disappointing.

The room floor was very dirty. I needed a receipt and several contacts with different staff could not help me with a receipt. I never got my receipt. That is just unacceptable. I called the property several times at different times and the phone rang a few times and it sounded like it was hung up in all attempts. Phone contact is not an option, 1 out of 10.
