Positives: Staff was very friendly and tried to help, but with no success. My son's room had roaches and when asked to change rooms, it took hours to be moved.

Negatives: The rooms were smelly. The AC unit did not work at all. The sheets on the bed were dingy. Overall, the one night stay was not comfortable at all. I even asked for a late check out, they only gave me until noon and was housekeeping was at my door waiting like vultures after dead meat before noon. Not a good hotel to stay in if you want comfort.

Negatives: My bed consisted of bed bugs my daughter ended up with bites all over her and I saw the bug myself so nobody can tell me I'm lying. Front desk dude was rude as well.
