The night lady at the front desk is horrible, she should not be allowed to work there, she was so disrespectful to the point she refused to attend to me I have always had bad experiences with that lady, she asked me to leave the property the last time I booked, and I have not gotten my refund, it's the third day already. She exhibited a weird behavior the previous night so I decided to talk to her about it, she got angry and refused to give me key to a room I had to leave.
