The location was great. The hotel is nice, but it is an older one. The lady taking care of breakfast was very nice and did a great job.

It could use some maintenance and upgrading. The heater in our room made a noise throughout the night. Bed was not terrible, but definitely not one of the best.

Garbage left in room from previous quest. The room was not cleaned well. Our key card kept deactivating.

The place Was very dirty; hallways as well as the room. I asked to have the room vacuumed due to crumbs on the carpet. Housekeeping was very responsive but there were still crumbs after they left. The room needed a deep cleaning. I have stayed at many Hampton Inns in many cities and this was no where near the standard I have come to expect.
