Location was great. Price was excellent!
Close to many fast food places. McDonald's next door. Wendy's across the street. Plenty of gas stations next to, or across from it. Convenience store next to it if you forgot to pack some sundry items.
Negatives:
You get what you pay for. Our first room the door that connects to adjoining unit had both a broken deadbolt and doorknob lock. We moved to another room. That room had non working bathroom lights. There was lots of construction along I95. It appears this motel was heavily utilized for housing construction road construction workers.

The price was very reasonable.
Negatives:
People partying loudly with doors open and big groups drinking beer everywhere. Also people working on cars in the parking lot until 2am being extremely loud. Ill never stay here again.
