Booked on-line for Roswell, NM. Got booked into Georgia hotel. ??? Called and cancelled reservation while traveling for Georgia hotel; made NEW reservations for Roswell, NM. Reservation customer service was bad at Roswell, but we did finally get her to reserve this room.

It was a place to sleep after a long day drive. Very disappointing! Better than sleeping under a bridge.
Negatives:
Dirty room, Bathroom smelled like urine, front of commode disgustingly dirty, No top sheet, AC rattled all night long, wall lights by the bed didn't work. Arrived around 8:00 p.m. from Tucson, AZ to Roswell, NM and too tired to complain once we got to the 2nd floor of hotel.
