This hotel is valet only, it is an additional $35 a day. This hotel is an area that is being renovated so there a lot of construction and congestion.

It was noisy outside due to construction and there were a few closed sidewalks which were not safe for pedestrians. I didn't like the bathroom set up either, the shower in my room was right next to the front door with no covering other than the clear shower door--no privacy whatsoever. The walls were also very thin. I was next to the stairwell and could constantly hear people going in and out. When I visited the pool in the basement, there was rust and loose railings.

Charisse at the front desk was awesome in her professionalism, knowledge, and care of visitors. The front desk and those working the surrounding were great.
Negatives:
The housekeeping could have been better It appeared they rushed into my room leaving a few new towels, and soap. They never left new water or coffee cups. Also, no new coffee only decaf. Not everyone drinks decaf. Perhaps, they are short-staffed like most industries.

Only one coffee & one cup in room for 2, hot water took up to 10 min to reach the room, toilet room doors very difficult to close, could not turn off night light in toilet room, shower head was aimed out so when turned on, soaked the room, no where to hang anything - towels, toiletry back, clothes, etc. And a very bizarre decor.

Filthiest place we have ever stayed if it had not been a 12 hr drive would have left immediately. Was told the bill would be adjusted because of the issues was charged full price.
Negatives:
Food on the furniture, used toilet, air vents caked in dirt, walls dirty, room door looked like someone spit a mouthful of tooth paste, headboard had a layer of skin flakes, mirror looked like someone splashed it with something.
