Check in process was easy and location was easy to find. Free late checkout was allowed and brought more peace to check out. Checkout was also smooth

The beds were comfy and the room was clean and the breakfast was nice
Negatives:
The lady who checked us in wasn't very friendly, I didn't like having to put down $100 deposit on top of the room rate for damages and incidentals and you couldn't take your breakfast food back to your room.
There was only one chair in the room to sit on for 3 adults.

The breakfast was delicious with good selection of food. The seating area was clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
I didnt like the interaction with staff upon checking in and checking out. I checked in after midnight, so I asked for a late check. The person at the front desk told me to call in the morning to ask for a late check out. I didnt see the point, so checked out around seven hours later to continue my journey. Upon checking out, I asked for a receipt and they refused to give me one.

Convenient location. Breakfast was ok would have been nice to have some yogurt or something like that.

The room could have been cooler even with turning the a/c down it still didn't get real cold.

Variety fruits, yogurt, wheat bread, eggs or boiled eggs, bacon/sausage. Hot water for hot tea...tea bags were there but not the water available. Plastic ware ought to be more sturdy. Cheap Knives didn't cut waffles nicely.
