Positives: I like the room. I appreciated the breakfast that was included in my stay. The hot tub was nice. There was plenty of Parking. The interior and the exterior of the hotel was clean. Lastly, The price was reasonable.

Negatives: Rudeness after arriving. Management Hung up the phone in my face. Saturday's Front Desk. Answered my question with several questions. Sunday's breakfast staff. Housekeeping. Made 2 trips to Front desk. Key didn't work.
