Positives:
The staff was great and the room was very comfortable. Mattresses are really nice as well as the bedding. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant as well as drinks and dessert at night. Both experiences were very good.
Negatives:
The drinks and desserts were pricey. The hotel was being renovated so there was some dustiness. But there wasn't much to dislike. This hotel does allow dogs so there was some barking but it didn't disrupt our sleep.

Positives:
The location was the only good thing about this hotel. After that.... it's all downhill.
Negatives:
Our room had an adjoining door (and paper-thin walls) to another room. We were awakened at 4 AM by laughing, yelling and banging coming from the adjoining room. No phones in the guest rooms, but you can text the front desk - I text regarding the noise next-door. "Wanda" was apologetic in her reply to my text but stated that staff had come to the hall but did not hear anything. The noise continued, no way to get back to sleep and by 7AM I decided to just get up and be on our way. Upon my return home I checked my credit card statement and found over $700 in unexplained charges to my card. I have called twice (no manager available) regarding the charges - 7 days later, the issue has still not been resolved. They did comp the $44 per night valet parking and refunded the $150 Incidentals Fee for our sleepless night but I still have $400+ unexplained charges that don't match my receipt. What was supposed to be a fun, relaxing stay ended with a sleepless night and a continuing major financial headache declining the unexplained charges to our credit card.

It was perfect.
Positives:
Location was good, room was clean but Spartan. Needs a renovation. It is close to everything and we had no trouble dropping back by hotel to drop off packages and so forth.
Negatives:
Furniture looked worn, rugs tattered. Just dated, but not historic dated, just worn out dated. Layout of the hotel is super crazy, you need a map just to find your room. Parking options are pay at the street or Valet for $44 a Day!

Great Location, Bed very comfortable, extremely Pet Friendly, fresh linens and robes in room, nice courtyard and pool, very friendly and accommodating staff. Complementary daily wine hr and coffee in lobby.
Negatives:
$44 per day valet parking, $7 bottles of spring water in room( if consumed) $ 530 per night room rate during St Paddy’s Day. No live Irish music during March 17th festivities.
