Positives: Location great, this was our 2nd time staying.

Negatives: We upgraded to a premium suite, nice size..but all suites face the extremely busy Bay St. you can here traffic all night long including tractor trailers, very loud. We honestly would not pay extra again due to noise level. There are several other hotels just as nice and less expensive.
