Positives:
The staff was not helpful and I was charged twice. They have not refunded my money up to now. For breakfast all they had no eggs, beacon or sausage.
Negatives:
Everything, when I booked the hotel, I gave them my debit card and when we got there they charged my card $136.86 instead of $118 but then they said that the payment was pending while the was taken out of my card. They refunded to give me a room and asked me to pay using another card which I did and I ended up paying twice. They first said that booking.com is holding up my payment and I will get by 7am next day. When I asked for the refund yesterday 9/8/2024, I was told that it was there system error that charged me twice. Up to now, they haven't refunded back my money. They did not care and I could have ended up sleeping in my car if it was not for my student son who had come to see where I was spending the night. It was my worst nightmare ever.

staff was incredibly unhelpful. they didnt even know what room i was in, hotel room was beyond dirty, there was blood on the bathroom amenities when i arrived in my room, not received my security deposit, even though I have checked out a week ago.
