We were in room 217. The entire second floor smelled like weed the entirety of our stay! Very strong odor. The beds were very old feeling - lumpy, too soft. The toilet moved and sounded like it was going to fall apart every time you got up on it or sat on it even for my small child who weighs a normal weight, though none of us are overweight. The bathroom door stuck on the floor where some kind of water damage happened at some point and it was obvious the room had been at least painted to appear fresh and updated but had been glossed over to hide mistakes made in the repairs. The staff were rude every time we spoke to them even going so far as to blast me out for asking for extra towels. We were only provided with 2 sets when there were 4 of us in the room. The breakfast area was a joke. Much of the necessities of a regular breakfast were missing, no milk, no grits, no cereal. Literally only juice (and the machine had been shut off so we couldn't access it) and bananas that had seen better days. Lastly, the pool and hot tub were disgusting. Instead of a clear clean looking blue or clear they were both tinged with a greenish color that made it feel as though no chlorine was used, or any chemicals to speak of. I chose the hotel for the star rating i saw of 4.6 and location to the highway, but this was a huge mistake as it was quite possibly the worst stay of my life.

The pool was nasty and we all got skin infections from it. The water was supposed to be warm. Jacuzzi was still shut down. Asked for a connected room when I reserved and then it was available when we got there.
