We really enjoyed our spacious 2-bedroom suite. All of the staff were very, very nice, from front desk to housekeeping, to breakfast. It was nice to be able to park right next to the hotel and without an additional charge. All three of us were very happy that we'd stayed there and would do so again.

I love Residence inn but...
Positives:
The reason I booked this was because I was sharing a room with another adult and child. This room offers a layout where there is an eating area, living area then 2 bedrooms each with their own bath. Space and very good in that regards

It wasn't very clean, seemed a bit run down and musty smelling. It's probably more of a transitional housing place than a hotel. There was no restaurant or bar. Very basic amenities. Felt run-down

Location was fine. Very close to he shopping . And a straight shot to the historic district.
Negatives:
The room did not make sense. It was a one bedroom but set to house 4 ppl. But if the guest in the outside area have to use the restroom in the middle of the night , they have to wake up the guest in the room to get to the restroom. The tub kept backing up. Breakfast is okay if you love carbs.

Sofa bed is uncomfortable, and does not come with decent bedding (no comforter, just a blanket), even after requesting it.
Very noisy, indoor and outdoor sounds travel through the building.

What an outstanding room! If I were a business traveler, huge desk area. I liked the way the single TV was situated in the middle of the space so it could be rotated to be seen whether you were in the kitchen area, in bed or in the living area.
Negatives:
Location a little difficult to get to. Have to go to the next street turn right turn right again to get to the entrance.
