Negatives: well my room door would not lock and I was told I would have to wait till the next day for someone to fix it. the bathroom door had a patch hole in it just was not real presentable. to the eye.

Negatives: it was ok

Negatives: I have traveled all over the world. This was truly the most disgusting hotel room I've ever stayed in. All of our clothing and suitcases still stink of smoke from the room.

Negatives: it was filthy. beds were about 4 feet off the ground. floor was sticky. mold on walls

Negatives: I booked online with confirmation and white lady, red hair pony tail said that they were booked and there was nothing she could do. It didnt appear to be full but she insisted and said i would not be charged

Negatives: The air conditioning unit rattle and sink was stopped up...

Negatives: The room was nasty the dresser was all busted up the bathtub had a big chip of paint out of the tub I only had one towel in my room the bathroom floor was not clean all on the front door was dirty I left out Sunday morning to go to the funeral and when i got back that night the room was not clean i had no service done to the room then i call to the front desk for towels an i told the front desk that my room was not clean when i left out he act like he did not care i got there at the hotel Saturday nigth between 6an 630 to check in i left Sunday morning bout 9;00 to attend the funeral i did get back to the room till bout 8;00 that night so why was my room not clean the sheets dirty an there is no sign in the room on the door or nothing that was the worst experience i had there Feb 4.&5 when ever i got back to Statesboro again an if i go back to red roof again i want to see the room that they checking me in im on a fix income an i can not pay for a room like that ever again in life i paid 153.00$ from 7;pm Saturday night to 7;00am Monday morning an i got the hell out of there i did not wash untill i got back to Savannah in my own showeral I've always stayed there since I come back an forth from Savannah visiting family I never had a room like that then I ask for a room on the first floor I could not get I had a knee replacement in Oct of 2020 an I had a stroke November 2016 I'm disabled from. That an it's hard for me to claim stairs I was in room 227 I'm 62 years old that is so sad

Negatives: The bed was difficult to get into!!

Negatives: Bathroom needed renovation before being rented. Tub peeling, floor laminate warped and loose, wall damage badly repaired.
