The location and the friendly staff .
Negatives:
The hotel pest came out on the second night that we stayed. We came back to the room to fine roaches in the bathtub and bed bugs were later found that night.

The deco in the room was nice.
Negatives:
The staff wasn't too friendly. When I walked in the front desk guy was watching TV. And didn't come right away when he saw me. He had food around his mouth and he never told me his name. I didn't feel welcome. On top of that the other staff needs work as well no one spoke first. My bathroom had mold at the bottom of the shower. And I didn't understand the small pillows on the bed. I found a longer pillow in the closet.

The breakfast was exceptional. It did not taste like it had been on a steam table for hours. The server was a real pleasure, it is refreshing to see a smiling face early in the morning. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Breakfast were good but they didn't have enough out until the time to ended. They stop making batter for waffles food like almost 30 minutes before breakfast was over and didn't refill anything back up until the end of breakfast.
Negatives:
They didn't refill the batter for the waffles because other people wanted waffle. The worker to us they not mixing anymore because breakfast about to end. But you suppose to continue having batter until breakfast over at 11 am.
