Positives: Loved almost everything about this place. Greeted with a snack bag, room was spacious and clean. We also loved breakfast and the fire pit.
Negatives: Did not like that breakfast was late on Sunday and an hour before checkout we repeatedly had housekeeping barging into the room, 3 to be exact.

Positives: Very little
Negatives: Check in was poor, TV in room didn’t work, second room worked, but bathroom light was taped shut. A man walked into the room without a knock or explanation. Linens/trash bags were still in the elevator area in the morning.

Kristy family with young children December 31, 2023
Positives: The young lady at front desk who was working when I arrived at 10pm was wonderful. She got off at 11pm. Very sweet, friendly, and accommodating. Breakfast was good.
Negatives: We arrived late at 10pm from Indianapolis and just wanted to sleep…I had reserved our room in Sept for this New Year’s Eve trip. We were given a room that had the king bed in the same area as the sleeper sofa my teens were gonna use, separated by a curtain. I had reserved a 1 bedroom king suite (where bedroom is separate from sofa sleeper room). Again, I did this in September. I had to come back down to front desk, but was told that even though I reserved it in September… all those rooms were sold out…how? Is this a Seinfeld episode? “You’re good at taking the reservation…You’re just not good at HOLDING the reservation.” Again, the young lady at front desk was great. And it wasn’t her fault at all. Not sure whose fault it was, but…you might wanna—I dunno—go back to business school and look up “reservation” and what the customer expects. And then the reaction a customer has when such a let down happens on what should be a no-brainer. HOLD MY ROOM. It’s RESERVED!!! Like would you tell a person in a wheelchair who reserved an Accessible Room “sorry those rooms are sold out?” Do you think maybe they were just joking about their needs and just any room will do? Is that how a successful business forms? Or is that how a company goes downhill? Anyway, got a discount (when I asked), which was fair. But once I got back to our room to tell my husband and kids we had to stay in the room, they pulled out the sleeper sofa to see there was no bedding. Like nowhere in the cabinets either. No extra pillows. I then had to come back down to front desk to ask for bedding. Sweet front desk young lady said I wasn’t the first person this had happened to, and again she apologized. Why does this poor girl have to apologize for everyone else’s laziness and carelessness? There’s may not be enough help. She seemed to be manning everything herself—anytime I interacted with her. Phone calls, other customers. She did great.
