Desk clerk was wonderful!! He was as attentive as he could be.. The room I had reserved was not available so he put me in another one. Maybe that's why the Jacuzzi was the way it was.

JACUZZI WAS DISGUSTING!! I WENT AND BOUGHT BLEACH, CLEANED THE TUB AND JETS IVER AND OVER, BLACK GUNK AND DIRT CONTINUOUSLY CAME OUT EVERY TIME I TRIED TO TURN ON THE JETS TO GET IN THE JACUZZI! THATS THE IN PURPOSE OF ME SPENDING THAT MUCH MONEY, TO GET IN THE JACUZZI!!

Rooms were not clean, towels/comforter, stained. A/c unit did not work properly. Bathroom door did not shut properly. Security lock did not lock in one of the rooms. Booked two rooms with double beds, they were not able to get them close together, one was on first floor and second was on 2nd floor on other side of hotel. Instead, ended up with 1 double room, and 1 king bed in room. There was a “Jacuzzi”, in king room, but was not able to use cause it was not clean and was not making sounds when we turned it on. The toilet was dirty and not working properly. Key card did not work, having 4 of them, only 2 worked. Spoke with lady at from desk, she said that she wasn’t able to do anything, that we had to speak with “Mike”, but he was not there and should be in later. I didn’t have time to wait as we were here to tour Valdosta State University. Went to check out next morning, same lady said that Mike was only one to take care of any issues, that she could not make any adjustments. Called after we had departed, and he was not there again.
