Positives: location
Negatives: the night check-in guy was extremely unfriendly and we had difficulty getting into the hotel front doors. We weren’t even given a welcome to the hotel or anything. he barely spoke to us. He didn’t tell us anything about our room, the breakfast, not even our room number or how to get to the elevator until I had to come back and ask where it was. the bathroom sink was clogged. the toilet took several flushes to flush. the shower head was not attached to the wall and it was rigged in some way to where it kept falling down and would spray all over the place. the pillows were hard and flat as boards. we stayed previously in Warner Roberts at a Holiday Inn Express and it was very nice more expensive but the extra $70.00 would have been worth it.

Positives: Rooms cleans
Negatives: Breakfast food service was not enough choices: no bacon..or grits on the menu. Bathe tub shower holder was crack off. It seems like that part wasn't renovated yet. This my 1st.stayin at la quintan inn , I go to a brand new one..not a renovated one.

Positives: Morning manger was nice.
Negatives: The rest of the staff was horrible. Nighttime reception barely spoke to me, didn’t greet me when I came in, seemed angry I was even there, and just dropped the room cards on the desk and turned away from me. I couldn’t read the room number so I had ask if I read it correctly, he never even turned back to speak to me, just said “yea” and kept going, never explained where my room was, breakfast times, where anything was located, nothing. Kitchen staff the next morning had an attitude, like I was bothering them when they had to put out more coffee because the pot was empty.
Very, very unfriendly town.
