Facing the street where the trash trucks come and pick up garbage from the hotel every morning at 6 AM it was almost impossible to sleep. The other negative that happened was there were multiple private events where the pool was closed so we were unable to use all of the facilities, which I thought was very unfair

When I booked the hotel, I booked it with a breakfast included. When I arrived at the hotel they told me that was not the case. Due to the timing where they booked several private events I was unable to go to the pool, and I was unable to use the bar and the restaurant by the bar, the lower floors we’re very loud. It was hard to sleep in due to the noise on the street that transferred right through the WINDOWS.

The property was fine overall, and I think this was a case of you get what you pay for. I thought I found a great deal, and when we arrived, we were placed on the 4th floor with a nice view, which I appreciated. The staff was also very kind.
My main issue was that the furniture—and the room in general—felt really worn and rundown, which made me uncomfortable. I don’t think I’ll be booking “great deals” anymore.

For the price, it was not as nice as I would have expected. I paid up for a better room which was really just a partial ocean view. Breakfast was decent but not really spectacular...just a basic buffet with no cook to order omelet or anything like that.

The rooms were very, very small and tight you could see the toilet from the bed. We were only there for two nights, and the pool was closed for a private event on Saturday the day we were excited to use it. This should've been disclosed before check-in. There is no lobby bar. The pillows and sheets were very comfortable and the view was beautiful. Rooms updated are much older than we are used to.
