Great central location. Across the street from the beach. There was many shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Easy to self park and was easy to check in. The bedding was comfortable and enjoyed sitting our little lanai. The room was very clean. We also paid for the concierge level which was excellent. We also had a N espresso machine in our room.
Negatives:
No freezer section in the small refrigerator. We called house keeping for a change of towels, which never got delivered to our room, however there was a housekeeper on our floor who was nice enough to take care of our request.

Location was amazing to be able to access beach and shops, the building is made up of two towers one is further set back from the beach.
Negatives:
Huge queue for check in desk. Really slow process. We arrived at 2:45 for check in so slightly early. We were told room isn’t ready and would revive a text message when the room was ready.
We then didn’t get our room until 4:45, we were told that the hotel is over booked so this is why. Having spoken to a manager the room was ready the whole time. Just a communication error. We had lots of frustrating dealing with staff. We ended up going without things just so we didn’t have to deal with the staff.
We didn’t need much on our stay but just felt staff were very unhelpful and lacking basic customer service skills.
We came here for our honey moon, and enjoyed the room and location but the experience within the hotel is incredibly frustrating.

The room was booked for 4 people but set up for two. We arrived tired and just wanted to chill but we’re chasing
extra towels and linen instead. The shampoo and body wash bottles were empty. Shower left much to desire. This became a daily issue.

The room was not cleaned properly as well as all hotel premises. It was hard to get towels changed and soap refilled. The hotel clearly lacks personal. The breakfast lacks options, and food is not tasty. The only coffee option is Americana.
