Unbelievably clean, unbelievably courteous, unbelievably nice.
V hotel cleanup staff was exceptional. Never touched my stash even when I left it out. Felt very comfortable leaving him $100 tip, well earned.

Policy on late check out....requesting a late check out @1:00-1:30 is not very late. Also, being charged a fee on top of that which I thought was ridiculous so I had it refunded.

Male staff member wouldn’t let me check in as my husbands name was on booking. He was parking the car fairly far away. I had his passport and licence as well as the card used for booking. I had made the booking and paid for it, and was accompanied by our 4 children.
He wasn’t helpful or pleasant, so we left without checking in. Came back some hours later to complete and got a different staff member who was lovely.
