Positives: Great location. Very convenient to have the breakfast included and also happy hour each night with free drinks and refreshments. The room was clean and comfortable. We had enough space to set out our suitcases for 6 people. I would definitely stay again. Cindy at reception was fantastic when we checked in.
Negatives: The scrambled eggs at breakfast tasted like cardboard but a very small negative for all the positives.

Positives: There are people in every section.　Valet parking, front desk, free drink bar, kitchen, dining area, etc.　Everyone was friendly and responsive.　Our family goes to Hawaii almost every year and we stay in many hotels, but we've never found one that offers breakfast or a free happy hour. Also, all the staff there were always smiling and quick to respond, making us feel very comfortable.　I will stay at the same hotel on my next trip to Hawaii. And I have never felt this way about a hotel before. Mahalo :)

Positives: Location was fantastic. Close to the beach. If you book a room on the higher floors, there is a fantastic view over the beach. Easy to access beach and local shops and facilities. There is not much more positive to say.
Negatives: Biggest disappointment was breakfast. the facilities felt and looked more like a cheap school cantine, rather than a Hotel facility. Guest services provided at the hotel were simply rude and poorly informed, ie we had a simple question about the local bus sevice and were told 'I don't work for the bus company, I can't help.
