We stayed at the Hotel Renew for one night before flying to Japan the following day. It was in a great location, was clean and comfortable.

At time of booking I requested a room on the highest floor available, and I didn't receive a response to this request. On arrival I was given a room on 1st floor and it was extremely noisy throughout the night. When I enquired the next day, I was informed that the type of room which I had booked are all located on the 1st floor. If the hotel had responded to my initial request, I would have researched other hotels. Instead, I had to pay for an upgrade for higher level for 2nd & 3rd nights, to enjoy some peace and quiet.
In room on 1st floor, the bed was situated next to wall, so if there were 2 persons in bed, one person would not be able to get out of bed without disturbing the other person.
