Positives: Location, view, room, room service was so fast, pillows were great, walking distance to everything. Staff was friendly and helpful, very responsive.

Negatives: The price was high for this hotel and the bed was so uncomfortable. I loved my stay, but I didn't sleep longer than a couple of hours at a time for the entirety. Everytime my partner moved or rolled over I felt like I was going to bounce out of the bed, and my back ached all night long, despite my position and the millions of extra pillows they brought us.
