They really need to replace the sliding doors with sound proof ones! I was on lvl 10 - street traffic kept me up all night. I specifically requested a 'quiet' room when I booked so I was disappointed that I was not given one. One night at midnight Dominoes decided to clean their ovens with a compressor out in the street!
Breakfast was ok. Pool area is uninviting and I never went in once - I stayed 12 nights.

Breakfast a little disappointing. Difficult to get a table. Although adequate in some ways the range of food was quite limited. Expected a full buffet and while the food was generally ok and plentiful the only hot food was bacon and scrambled eggs.

I was able to see the ocean and Diamond Head! It was a short walk to the beach and several restaurants. I was nice place to stay and experience Hawaii for the first time.
Negatives:
The only thing I could think of is the breakfast. I was so heavy every day and not much of a variety. Also, the location that breakfast was always so crammed and congested. All the guests were fighting over 4 toasters, that if I recall correctly, only 2 of them had both slots toasting. So really everyone was fighting over 2.5 working toasters.
