Between Tuesday, Apr 16th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Apr 19th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Honolulu), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Apr 19th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Honolulu), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 19, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Literally on Waikiki. Close to everything.

Negatives: The parking lot is anxiety-inducing. We rented a car and got upgraded to a huge SUV, which barely fitted (6.4, limit is 6.6), and the only spots one can find would usually be at the 10th floor. Valet may make it easier, but also comes at an extra cost.

Negatives: The parking garage is an absolute nightmare. AND it’s a $55/day fee for parking which is crazy for it being such an awful parking complex. First 6 floors are for valet ONLY which is ~$75 to use that service. The parking garage is often full so they send you to the international marketplace which I wish would’ve just been the garage the whole time. It was a lot easier to get through, but it is inconvenient to have to drive all over the place. The Hyatt’s parking garage is apparently a two way but 2 cars most definitely cannot fit at the same time. Very uncomfortable. The parking spots are packed like sardines. I would not stay at this hotel again because 1. The garage was so awful 2. They have 1 pool for like a 40 floor building.

Negatives: Housekeeping lacks attention to detail. Walls around bathroom sink splattered with who-knows-what. Even nose boogers smeared on the wall were never cleaned off. Also, they have parking issues. Every time we returned to the hotel to park in the adjacent Hyatt parking garage. They tried to run us off and make us park blocks away because the garage was full. We talked our way into the garage each time, only to find plenty of parking spots available.

Positives: We loved the location of the property. Literally just a few steps to the beach and shopping. The pool area and restaurant were great. The staff was super friendly and helpful anytime we needed anything!

Negatives: There is a large beautiful waterfall in the center atrium near the coffee shops. There were many times during the day when the floor was wet and slick from the waterfall and there were no wet floor signs out. On our last day there we saw a little girl slip and hit her head on the floor very badly. They need to do something about that as it is a safety hazard.
