Manager was extremely rude, had me switch rooms 3 times and still could not deliver an accommodating experience, cable was not even working on the tv. Manager told me that was my problem not hers. Do not recommend staying here if you want to have a comfortable experience.

Location right across from the food market and close enough to walk to the beach.

Everything else. Kitchen and bathrooms look like they were renovated in the 50s. The shower barely got hot enough and even when it did, it only lasted a few minutes before it cooled again. Carpet had NO padding, felt like I was walking on concrete and it felt disgustingly sticky. Staff were not overly friendly. Wallpaper peeling off the walls, lights in the room felt like I was in a pay by the hour motel. Walls were thin and we could hear a lot of noise from people walking in the hallway. My husband booked this for my kids and me when we had an extended layover in Honolulu. Luckily we didn't physically see any cockroaches in our room but based on other reviews I read afterwards, I'm sure they were there. My young boys and I all had some words with the husband afterwards.
