Very homey hotel, very friendly staff. The rooms were large with an empty fridge so you could buy food and drinks outside, a water station and bottles were free for our stay. Nice change from other hotels that charge for everything. Away from crowds and a short walk to the beach. Each room has an ocean view wc overlooks the harbor.
Negatives:
FOX News played in the breakfast buffet. Several tables complained among themselves about it. How about neutral news station or sports or HGTV or cooking channel??!
Beds were hard. Could use an upgrade.

Nice,clean, friendly hotel away from the crowds

Great views and amenities. Location is close to Waikiki (~30min walk). Japanese restaurant at the hotel was also very good.
Negatives:
Parking is expensive, but I guess that's everywhere in Waikiki.

Great hotel
Positives:
Hinana Bar had excellent service, good food and great place to watch the sunset. Friday night seafood buffet had delicious crab legs and Wilson was very attentive and knowledgeable about the various dishes to try. Front desk staff helped resolve a parking issue when we forgot to use the room key to exit the parking structure and were erroneously charged $75 by the parking vendor. Very attentive staff who resolved any minor issues that came up expertly and with a warm smile.

Great view and location at a much better price point than other comparable accommodations. Sushi restaurant on lobby level is awesome as it reminded me of a trip to Japan years ago. Staff did their best to accommodate our needs.

The left tower when facing valet entrance can be noisy depending on if the room faces the bridge.
