The location was perfect for both beach and transportation. I could find what I needed nearby, including local food.
My room was lovely and there were nice amenities included.
Negatives:
The young woman who was the hostess at the Deck told me I could not use the lift provided for those with disabilities. She said it was reserved for for people in wheelchairs, and I use a rollator. I asked her how I was supposed to get down the stairs, and all she did was apologize. But Allan, who works in reception, came and straightened out the problem. She did not know what ADA compliance meant, and frankly, neither did the young manager of the Deck. It would seem to me that ADA law would be something everyone should know.

Quite compare to the hotel on the Main Street. Beds are comfortable. The beds are moveable which is flexible for us having young kids
Negatives:
In the morning peak hour, the Valet parking need to wait for long time before getting our cars.

Location was perfect, right next to the Honolulu Zoo in Waikiki and very close to the beach, food and excitement. Initially, we were given a room alongside the elevator, it was very loud and obnoxious and had difficulty sleeping. So, I spoke to "Jeris" at the lobby and he immediately switched us to a much better room with a nice view, it also felt much bigger so big Mahalo to him for that cause that made the stay much better and my daughter and I had a much better sleep as well and overall a nicer stay. I'll tell you the Staff as these hotels makes all the difference and were thankful to people like "Jeris" and the bell "Valet" staff downstairs to show us the "Aloha Spirit" in so many ways......Mahalo Nui

It would be nice if the Restaurant downstairs would offer the paying guests discounts and/or meal vouchers to eat in their facilities. The coffee places in the Lobby was really nice to have.
