The location was great,the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, bed was comfortable and sheets was clean, reasonable price for the area.

The room was not welcoming ,it seem to be a room that have not been used and was given to us ,maybe because there were full is my opinion, the stove did not work, the service guy final got one small burner to work ,we were they for 10days, the whole fridge works like a freezer, everything was frozen, eggs, milk ext, the toaster did not work but was given a new one which we appreciated, there bath room , had small windows extremely dusty, and was open, cant close,which cause the the room to be very noisy from music playing ontill late, dust in the corners and the kitchen pipe not able to close all the way,so hear the dripping all night, while the area around the sink was molded , the place need someone to do some inspection and do a little TLC, there was no knife in room went ask said they did not have knife in rooms ,we had to buy a knife and pot spoon, I saw another room which did not look as bad as room 222.
We made do with what we had ,the price is reasonable but does not justify, paying to stay in a room like that.

The location of the hotel was good. it was close to the beach, around 3 minutes. There are tons of food trucks, restaurants surrounding the hotel. Pretty close to the mall that has Target. The staff like Ruby was super friendly and accommodating. Water pressure and heater was very good. AC was really good and cold, perfect for the hot weather. The TV had ample channels which is great if you are not in the mood to go out. The hotel also provides free water refill in the lobby. If you have a late flight, they can also keep your luggage until you leave. Wifi was reliable. The hotel also provides free beach towels which you can borrow and return, you just have to sign up for it.
Negatives:
The hotel is old and not well-maintained. Unfortunately, I did find a cockroach in the bathtub. Room make up is not a daily thing so that could be a bummer, especially if you get sand on you from coming from the beach and it will be in your room until you leave.

You have to reach the room between the kitchens and trash. The stairs were dirty, there were bugs on the ground, trashes and at 5 am trash truck was coming every day and making lots of noise that not possible to sleep after that point.
After the shower, sand stay on the ground and not possible to clean by water and they were only cleaning the room only once in a week. If you took a shower at night, water was not freezing but still cold for a shower.
