This is the be-all, end-all of Honolulu hotels. A gorgeous setting that's close to everything you want to do in the city, but feels a world away. Friendly and attentive staff are there to help you with any needs.
Negatives:
Pool menu could have had some more interesting healthy options, or even some Hawaiian cuisine. I'd rather have poke by the pool than nachos, but maybe that's just me!

Pool and spa is very dirty looks like I wasn’t maintain or clean properly. Ive notice People using spa are not staying at the hotel . Because beach are public people are sneaking in which isn’t fair for people staying at the hotel who pays $1,000 a night. Pool attend have to be more attentive.

Who saved our stay is only one employee, your name is Robert from Vallet Park. It’s because we was on honeymoon and ask for a king bed room, but nobody from frontdesk or concierge was sensible, just Robert help us and he is very friendly much more that all other superior employees

The hotel lobby is gorgeous, the scent of the hotel is wow! We loved the restaurants and the hotel staff is one of the best.
Negatives:
The rooms were not so updated. You can see that there’re things in the room that have been replaced or upgraded, but for example in the bathroom the cabinets, marble and paint are from years ago.
