- Staff: exceptionally supportive and ready to help and go the extra mile without being too "sticky"
- Location: smack a dab next to everything and also the beach at a stone's throw. Only better could be on the beach directly, but those tend to be resorts, not hotels.
- Value: Price was very reasonable considering location and amenities.
Negatives:
- Pool was undergoing maintenance which restricted part of the area
- I think - there was only one ice machine (lobby's floor) ?
- Hard to find a third - valet could have been complimentary :B

Excellent F&B, the Restaurant and Bar are sensational! Mo Bettah Burger probably the best in Hawaii! Rooms were clean and well maintained.

Great location near beach and main shopping street with classic hotels. Lots of dining options nearby. Convenient to drug store/mall with Target for getting snacks, health-beauty products, bottled water, bus passes. Convenient to major bus lines. Hotel was very comfortable, with good breakfasts and bar, entertainment, pool, concierge to help book tours. Valet helped book taxis to sunset boat cruise, airport.

Amazing location. One street over from the beach and on a main street with restaurants and shopping right out the door. Super fun vibe.

The restaurant was pricey but it had a great bar and outside private seating area elevated above the street so we felt it was worth it for lunch. Very tropical.
