Waikiki Beach Walk Hotel

Negatives: The place isn't like the pictures, especially the room. Not that clean, see foot prints on floor. The bathroom is really small and old. The drain of the shower doesn't flow. The faucet leak and there is leak in the wall even on the last floor. A lot of extra cost not included in the reservation.

Negatives: It was all good

Negatives: Booked 2 room booked. Suite with full kitchen and 2nd room for our adult daughters. Full kitchen was very very ordinary. Limited cutlery and crockery. 2 plates, 2 small bowls, 2 mugs, one glass. No sinks plugs, no dish washing up sponge, scourer or dish washing solution. No containers or items to cook within the microwave. Basic and limited cookware for the stove. Kitchen more or less unusable. No table and chairs to eat meal at within room.

Negatives: Room was like being inside a garage or large jail cell. Large front window with louvred blinds that if you opened them gave every walking by a complete view inside your room and because of the room location everyone had to walk by our room. Was supposed to be a pool view but it was obscured by a large tree. Room looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 60’s or 70’s. Large closet with a curtain had 1 coat hanger. I asked for more but they said they hadn’t any more. Asked for a different room as I had caught a glimpse inside a few others that looked nicer than the dump we had but unfortunately the hotel was full. We stayed one night only then switched to a hotel more in line with our standards. We never go too of the line since most time is spent outside in Hawaii but this was not a hotel I would not recommend unless it’s for 1 night or you really don’t care about your surroundings. Seemed to be the kind of place that rents by the month for low prices.

Negatives: The dresser drawer would not stay closed and was a bit of a tripping hazard so we blocked it with a water bottle. A couple more pillows would be nice. And cups or glasses for the bathroom.

Negatives: no gate code for back gate, which was close to our room on Saratoga. was told needed a car parking space for code

Negatives: There was a parade and marathon during the same week, and they didn’t inform about the parade with anticipation about roads closed to get to the hotel.
