There was no room for us when we came after reservations made over a month ago.... extremely angered after travelling for hours

no one to call or security for assistance No key was put in the key lock box that was supposed to be there for our late arrival as per their instructions, pool was unmanned many drunk people in it at 1.00 AM had to find a new hotel at 1.30 in the morning as we had no room... very shady hotel i would NEVER book there

Location was excellent and the windows blocked the sun well during the night and day so slept well.

Room looks hideous. It doesn’t look like a hotel but rather like someone’s home. But the walls are thick so blocked a lot of noise. It’s decent enough.

The add was misleading. It would have been nice to have some items to use for the kitchen, no cups, silverware, or cookware. There wasn’t even a trash can. The parking needs to be explained better on the add not the receipt. Parking has to be prearranged and is extra per day. The staff was great and found me some parking. They were very nice. Can’t say that I would recommend this place to anyone.

We had to deal with ants during our stay even after housekeeping sprayed. We had tp pull the bed from the wall because ants were crawling on the headboard.

I didn't like the bait and switch. I booked a room with 2 doubles which was non refundable and the hotel responded they would TRY to accommodate that request (????)
Also the bathroom sink had plumbing issues. It spewed out water the 2nd to last day and last day. Leaving a nasty mess in the sink and floor. I think we should get a refund for those days.

It’s a great location if you want to stay in Waikiki, it’s close to both the Waikiki beach and way better public beach near the military museum. Super central location.
Negatives:
I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple times and rooms vary in quality. The ones facing the courtyard are the worst for noise, in the back blue building rooms are a lot quieter at night. The air condition is essential but very loud aswell. Kitchenettes aren’t really equipped with anything to cook with so a waste of money for the upgrade.
