Nice place, short walk to Royal Hawaiian Center and beaches. Quiet at night but you can hear the louder vehicles, especially motorbikes but you can hear some of those from miles away in Honolulu. There is a daily amenity charge and security deposit on arrival, some people seem to miss that on their email and get upset. Pool is open from 9am to dusk so there's no added noise from that after hours. Would love to stay again!

The location was wonderful. However loud during late night and even early morning.
Negatives:
The hotel was not very clean. It was not worth the stay at all, however I see the price is just set as competitive with all over priced surrounding hotels. However the parking was awful and the hotel only had 4 spots ($50 per night). So with this I suggest paying a couple hundred more to stay are any of the nicer hotels with free built in parking if you have a car. The hotel in itself feels like a tourist trap as they charge you for anything and everything they can think of and so not even offer consistent house keeping, parking, or decent for the price amenities.
