The evening reception was a bit disappointing. The drinks are nice, don't get me wrong, but the "snacks" were only goldfish crackers, some kind of wheat crackers, potato chips, broccoli, and ranch dressing. The room is not soundproof - we could hear the kids in the room next door as well as airplanes. The pool is quite a bit smaller than it appears in photos, and there are no grounds to relax in outside. So good enough, but not for the price. Also, there's no good place to put on makeup. The lighting is terrible.

Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was great and priced reasonably. The complimentary drinks added to the hospitality. Location is very convenient. Room was spacious. Parking is good. Family friendly.
Negatives:
The open shower was messy. Our floor was so wet and we felt cold with the AC draft.
Our pull out coach didn’t fit the room space. We had to move the heavy entertainment table under the TV to open the hide away.

Loved the friendly staff and fellow guests. Because it is not a huge property, we found it very easy to get acclimated and enjoy the facilities and surrounding businesses. The room rate was great. The Saturday cocktails at Spriggs Grill was super fun.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that the AC would be cold like how I like it then go warm which I didn’t

Hotel aesthetic, nicely appointed with contemporary decor. Rooms were comfy. The hotel is inland, located in the "green zone", protected from Tsunami. We were checking into our room during the Tsunami alerts for evacuation. Luckily, all was well, and there was no damage along the coastal areas.
Negatives:
Hotel restaurant is only open for breakfast and dinner. Must leave the hotel for lunch options nearby. Pool area is small, but you're in paradise... go to the beach!
