Staff seemed to not care much. Wasn’t serviced at all and when I asked for a manager to contact me, they never did. Also parking was $40/night and would have been fine except one night they hosted a party and searching for a spot was extremely difficult.

We stayed a total of five days. After the third day, no one came to service our room or to check on us. I had to call for someone to come and take our trash and get clean towels. other than that, our stay was perfect.

Small balcony which was not clean. Both the floor and outside chairs and table were dirty.
Internet working for the first day so no Wi-Fi available. Subsequently charged a “data access fee” which was not disclosed when booking.
Parking fees were higher than quoted when I booked. I mentioned this to the receptionist who said she would ensure we were only charged the “old” rate (30USD rather than 40 USD per night). The final bill was emailed to my after departure and we were charged 40 USD despite the promise.
Very poor quality breakfast.
Pleasant swimming pool but inundated with local children later in the day so became very busy and noisy.
Very noisy location with VERY loud aircraft noise incessantly. Much noisier than Waikīkī.
Overall a very disappointing experience with a higher than expected bill and broken promises.

I was not able to stay at this location. i booked for one night reservation through booking.com and cintacted the property immediately after confirming the reservation. I requested early check in or late check in after 3a.m if early chekin was not possible. the person i spoke with did not receive my confirmation on his end yet and assured me that he would make a note of my request and call me if he early checkin was possible or if he neededbany additional information. he did not call me so i concluded that early checkin was not possible. I work night shifts and got off of work late this time, we arrived at the hotel at 4:45 a.m and were told that our reservation was declared as a no show and cancelled. the main marriott website states that the policy is to hold the reservation until 6:00 A.M before considered a no show. we were extremely tired and wanted to rest a few hours and have breakfast before check out. we contacted booking.com for a refund, they sent emails requests to the hotel and we have not received any response to this issue yet.
